We put a lot of work into our products, so we're excited to get them into your hands. We know ordering products online can be scary though, so here's some things to help calm that voice of concern:

So let's say you get your Stog in the mail after a couple days of rabid anticipation and for some reason you're just not "happy". Give us a chance to work it out with you and smooth things over. We don't just want you happy; we want you Super Happy both with our product & service. If you're just not that into us after a 30-day courtship, then we'll refund you 100% of your money. We intend to keep you Super Happy with us much longer than thirty days, but we hope this takes the terror out of trying us out!

Legalese: If you initiate a refund request via our Care Center within 30 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your order. Process may include shipping the purchased items back at purchaser's expense (non-refundable).

1 Year Worry Free Warranty

Stog is a finely tuned piece of technology that rarely has any trouble. However, in the event you get a less than perfect unit from us, just let us know about it! We replace any non-consumable parts and accessories for up to one year from your purchase at very little or no charge to you. There's a lot of things to worry about day-to-day and we don't want the performance of your Stog products to be one of them.

Check this out: If Troubleshooting does not resolve your issue, you may complete a Care ticket at the end of the troubleshooter which will include all the information you entered while trying to solve your problem. This gives us a head-start on resolving your issue in the most timely manner possible!

Legalese: For up to one year from the date of purchase, Stog will replace any malfunctioning PCUs and electrical accessories to users having made a purchase within the last 3 months. Refunds will not be issued under this warranty. Filters are excluded from exchange as these are considered consumables.
