We're slowly opening up our phone lines to further improve our Care efforts. Right now our phone support hours are Monday through Friday, 12 (noon) though 5pm Eastern Standard Time.

We're starting small to help gauge our staffing requirements for this department. As always, Stog does not outsource any portion of our customer contact points - this includes email and phone support, packing, shipping, etc. We handle it all in-house to provide accurate and quick-as-possible responses in all areas.

Should you reach the phone line during a high-traffic period, or outside of the hours of operation, you can leave a message and it will go to the next available Stogie Care Agent.

The easy way to remember our toll-free, home office phone number is: 855-STOG-CARE (which translates to (855) 786-4227)

Today's an exciting day at Stog HQ! We got this awesome picture of a squirrel outside that's going to look soooo good on a custom coffee mug. It's hilarious.

We're so excited about finally being able to share this product with you, that not a single person at Stog HQ has watched a cat video on YouTube today.

We have had a great time taking care of you so far, and we won't forget you going forward as we grow. Our early adopters will always be dear to us!

It looks like this will be the month we kick things off into full-swing. We'll be adding Stog accessories available for separate purchase, plus a super-secret surprise we can't wait to share with you later in the month. We've been working the kinks out of an extra accessory for the last couple months and we've finally nailed it!
